The survey is not in English so I do not understand however our experience was great. Especially the front desk person. He was not only kind but attentive to any questions, events that we may have needed. Thank you very much.

1.Did not provide soap in our room for washing hands. The hooks provided in the bathroom were more aesthetic than practical!! 2.A bit of variation in the breakfast would be good. It becomes bored after two days of same breakfast. 3.Judith was very friendly and informative.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However water was lukewarm and sometimes cold for the week we stayed there and the hairdryer was very very poor. Room was cold.

Room was tiny. Very dusty indeed and noise was beyond belief. By far the noisiest room that I have ever stayed in in thirty years. The price was extortionate. This would be fair quality for a mid range student hostel.

Seit Mitte 2007 bin ich Gast im Magenta, es dürften ungefähr 20 - 30 Aufenthalte über eine oder mehrere Übernachtungen gewesen sein. Bisher waren meine Bewertungen immer ziemlich positiv, vielleicht weil ich häufig als Alleinreisender die Zimmerkategorie Premium Double gewählt hatte. Diesmal hatte ich wegen viel zu teurer Preise Economy Single gewählt, immerhin für drei Übernachtungen auch noch ca. 450 €. Ich bekam Zimmer 101 - das schlimmste Zimmer im ganzen Hotel Magenta. Eng, klein, gegenüber in etwa 3m Entfernung schaut man in die Küche vom Nachbarhaus, man kocht mit, eine Etage höher im Nachbarhaus war jede Nacht Party bis 4:00 Uhr, der Lärm war unerträglich. Ob ich jemals wieder in diesem Hotel meinen Paris Aufenthalt verbringen werde ist mehr als fraglich.
